Rental Application Fee: $25 per Applicant 18+ years old.

The undersigned applicant hereby makes application to rent property from IPM, Inc.

IPM, Inc. will be requesting a credit report, criminal background check, renters background check & income verification for every applicant 18 years of age and older as part of the Rental Application process.
