Checks/Money Orders made payable to IPM, Inc., these payments can be dropped off during open business hours or mailed to 408 N. Broadway, Minot, ND 58703.

Late Fees

Rent payments are due in full to IPM monthly on the 1st of every month.

Rent not received by the 3rd day of the month will be considered late and will be assessed a late fee per the terms of the lease agreement.



30-Day Move Out Notice

Submit a move out notice below and give your 30-day notice to vacate the unit.


Residents may not have animals or pets in the rental unit unless approved by property management and a pet deposit has been paid.
