Meet the Team
We have been in business since 1985 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Peggy Ankele Property Manager
For the past 4 years, I have been a noteworthy leader under Dakota Property Management as their Property Tech. I can be credited for contributing to Future Builders as their Construction Cleaning Tech for their new builds also during that time. Some of you may have already met me through my prior years where I was employed at Schatz Crossroad’s truck stop as a server and evening manager.
I joined IPM in September 2021 as the Property Manager. I’m excited for the opportunity to learn and be mentored by the best in the business, Matt Watne, and share the experience I have with the maintenance side of property management. Combined we make a great team.

Kendra Thornton Administrative Assistant
As a Texas transplant, Kendra is beginning a new season of life here in Minot. She has been an oil-field wife and is a mother of four. She followed one of her children here to North Dakota to start a new adventure and be closer to her grandkids. Kendra has lots of customer service experience. In the past she has been a scrapbook store owner, reservations manager, and registrar clerk at Navarro College. She is excited to help Minot residents find places to live and learn more about her new home state.
