What do you do when there are no vacant apartments/homes that fit your budget?
We get it, the market fluctuates a lot, and sometimes there is just a very limited supply of rentals that go very quickly. As a prospective tenant, this can be very frustrating.
So, what can YOU do about it?
Come talk to us- Even if we don’t have a place that fits your budget and requirements right now, we may have one soon. And you could be the first person we contact about it. Plus, sometimes there are properties available that are not listed yet, but can still be rented soon. You can only find out about these places by talking to us.
Be prepared to move quickly- Many times a vacancy can happen quickly and you will need to complete an application and pay a deposit fast if you want to hold a place. Make sure you have all your info ready and the available funds to make it happen.
Go Look around- Just because the perfect place has yet to come available, this should not stop you from going to check out other places. Looking around can help you get a better understanding of what may and may not work for you. Also, sometimes photos can be deceiving, so it’s best to go check out places. Even if you think it may not work, go take a look, it only helps you narrow down places and you may end up pleasantly surprised.
